We are constantly trying to improve and update our site, making it easier to use, and a more pleasant experience for our customers. Shipping / Handling
Goods. are normally delivered next day. If there is a problem with the delivery (out of stock etc) we will contact the purchaser. All goods are shipped by carriers.
All prices displayed on this site are the cost of the item exclusive of VAT.
A £7.00. delivery charge will be added. Additional charges may be incurred for Scottish Highlands and non Mainland Britain
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £70.00 before VAT Additional charges may be incurred for Scottish Highlands and non mainland Britain
Some items may be liable for additional delivery charges due to weight, size, etc. We will notify customers of any change before processing the order.
Guarantee
Where 'guaranteed forever' is displayed tools are 100% free from defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship forever. Guarantee claims are for manufacturing defects not wear and tear, misuse or abuse. If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery and replace any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In the event of problems with any of the products during the first month after purchase please contact us. All returns will be at the cost of the customer unless they have been incorrectly delivered or delivered damaged or faulty. (Note all guarantees with Comrex tools are handled only by UK Tool Chest)
After one month please contact the manufacturer with your proof of purchase and description of the problem.
Any order that has been correctly fulfilled by UK Tool Chest and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused within seven days. The cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.
