Shipping / Handling
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses with additional charges for highland and island etc
Goods are normally dispatched within two to three days.
All goods are shipped by carriers.
All prices displayed on this site are the cost of the item exclusive of VAT.
A £7.00. delivery charge will be added. Additional charges may be incurred for Scottish Highlands and non Mainland Britain
Some items may be liable for additional delivery charges due to weight, size, etc. We will notify customers of any change before processing the order.
For small individual orders a member of the sales team can advise you with the delivery charge involved. info@uktoolchest.co.uk
We are an internet based company and do not have a trade counter, however goods may on occaison be collected by prior apointment between 8am — 5pm Monday to Friday

Ordering
Make sure of the details of what you are ordering, as we do not hire or send goods out on a trial basis.
It's easy to purchase an item, just click on the  ADD TO CART button at the bottom of the page and you can start putting products in the shopping cart. As items are added they will be displayed with the cost, plus delivery where applicable, and finally VAT at the appropriate rate. Once your list is complete proceed to the checkout. Enter your e-mail address and create a password for your account. Then proceed to complete the payment system
Payments can be made using most debit cards including Master card, Visa, Delta, Switch
Warranties & Returns
UK Tool Chest supplies quality products. However should any purchase be faulty before or after use it is covered by a manufacturers warranty. Claims must comply with the manufacturers instructions and procedures. Warranties do not apply if the products have been altered, damaged in any way by the customer or agent, or not used in accordance to the manufacturers instructions. We will provide you with contact information for the relevant manufacturer.
Unwanted items may be returned within seven days of delivery. Please note that postal charges are non returnable and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods reach us. Only goods returned unopened will be accepted. A 15% restock charge will apply .
Should you receive your product in an unsatisfactory state we will arrange collection and delivery of a replacement. All claims must be made within seven working days of delivery
Claims for damage or non functioning must be made within seven days of receipt.
UK Tool Chest will not be liable for any damage or consequential or indirect loss however caused. This includes loss of profit, goodwill, damage or trading relationship and financial loss. UK Tool Chest liability in that event will be limited to that what has been paid in respect to the relevant order.
We try to make sure that all information is up to date and accurate, on the occasion we make a mistake we will offer a full refund.

UK Toolchest does not disclose buyer information to third parties other than to carriers for delivery purposes.
